Connect2STEM Exhibitor Liability Information:
Connect2STEM has implemented safety and emergency procedures to ensure a safe and healthy experience for everyone.
These procedures will be provided to all Exhibitors in advance of the event.
By submitting this application, Exhibitor agrees to review these procedures with all staff and volunteers, to comply with these procedures, and to follow instructions of Connect2STEM staff and/or emergency personnel in the event of an emergency situation. Exhibitor assumes all risk of loss for property and equipment brought to the event, and assumes responsibility for any injury or property loss arising from the actions of Exhibitor organization, or their staff and volunteers.
As a condition of participation in the Connect2STEM event, some Exhibitor organizations will be required to provide a Certificate of Commercial General Liability Insurance, with minimum coverage limits of $1,000,000 (one million) dollars per occurrence. When insurance is required, the liability insurance policy shall be endorsed to name the State of Arizona, Arizona Board of Regents, and University of Arizona as additional insureds. For university units and other governmental or public entity event participants, insurance requirements are waived.
